How DFS Technology Works
Originally developed through a United States Military Grant, HealthWay's patented DFS technology uses a high-energy grid to create a microbiostatic condition — an environment where nothing can live or grow inside the filter. This multistage system traps microorganisms including bacteria, mold, fungi, and viruses, then neutralizes them permanently. Unlike HEPA filters that simply catch particles, DFS disinfects at the filter level — no regrowth, no re-release.
